Dell'Arte | Rebrand & Digital Ticketing Platform

Dell’Arte is one of South America’s leading agencies in classical music, jazz, dance, and theater production. When I joined the project, the company operated almost entirely offline — ticket sales were handled by phone, and marketing relied heavily on newspaper ads. While prestigious, the business lacked digital presence, audience insights, and scalable distribution channels.

I led a full digital transformation, starting with the design and launch of a new website featuring integrated online ticketing and direct-to-consumer sales. In parallel, we migrated marketing efforts to Facebook and targeted email campaigns, driving traffic directly to the platform. This shift enabled measurable lead tracking, clearer audience segmentation, and a significant reduction in marketing costs.

Alongside the platform redesign, I developed a refined brand identity. The original logo lacked visibility across event materials and digital environments. I created a stronger, more legible mark that preserved the brand’s essence while increasing presence and impact. A structured color system was introduced, with each color representing a specific category — classical music, jazz, theater, and dance — bringing clarity and consistency across communication materials.

The result was a modernized cultural brand with a scalable digital sales channel, improved audience intelligence, stronger visual recognition, and a more cost-efficient marketing strategy.
