Lilly Esthetics was a regional clinic network preparing to scale from 3 to 80 locations after securing investment. Rapid growth exposed operational complexity and high costs driven by multiple disconnected tools.

I designed an integrated web system that replaced eight separate platforms with a single, centralized solution for scheduling, subscriptions, payments, medical records, customer support, and business intelligence. In parallel, I led the design of a patient-facing app for appointment booking, treatment tracking, and in-app purchases.

The solution reduced software costs, standardized operations, improved cross-clinic management, and created a scalable digital foundation to support national expansion.
